PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love every item you buy from Motor City Popcorn. We have been serving customers since 1999, and your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If there is anything we can do to help you avoid returning an item, please contact us to let us know how we can help. In the event you have received a damaged product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by sending an email request to sales@motorcitypopcorn.com. In the email, please include the transaction ID number. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping will not be reimbursed. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the PayPal transaction date. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.

Cancellations or returns of any kind will incur a 20% restocking fee to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. If your purchase has been damaged during shipping, a damage claim will be filed, the product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at our expense. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery--NO Exceptions.

Non-Returnable Items
There are no refunds for the following products:
- Any items that have been assembled, installed, used, damaged or operated.
- Custom or special ordered items.
- Items that require production build time.
- Food products.
- Disposable items and paper products, such as snow cone cups, popcorn bags, etc.
- Replacement parts orders.
- Closeout or clearance items.
To qualify for a refund, we must receive all items in original condition, delivered to our warehouse within 15 days after our customer service department has issued a return authorization number. This includes the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will ship all items that do not qualify for a refund back to you. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less restocking fees and the original shipping charges.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a motorcitypopcorn.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, motorcitypopcorn.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. motorcitypopcorn.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, motorcitypopcorn.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by motorcitypopcorn.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
